In this public talk and guided meditation, international meditation teacher and Buddhist monk, Gen-la Kelsang Jampa, will explore practical meditations and special ways of thinking that will help us to reduce and eventually let go of stress and anxiety.
Gen-la Kelsang Jampa is and internationally renowned ordained Buddhist teacher and the Deputy Spiritual Director of The New Kadampa Tradition -- International Kadampa Buddhist Union. Gen-la Jampa is well known for his clear and inspiring teachings and his ability to touch people's hearts through his sincerity and loving-kindness. He is currently the resident teacher at the International Kadampa Retreat Center Grand Canyon in Williams, Arizona.
